After two brain injuries, I found myself searching for relief in places that often felt limiting—where the answers offered to me stopped at medication, and the deeper experience of what I was going through wasn’t fully met. It was in Craniosacral therapy that I first felt something shift.
Not a complete resolution. Not a final answer.
But relief.
And more importantly, a knowing—felt in my body—that there was a way through.
That moment mattered. It opened a door.
What I’ve come to understand since then is that healing doesn’t happen all at once. It unfolds in layers. Just as injury does. Some layers speak loudly, demanding attention. Others are quieter, waiting for the right moment to be met.
This is something we often forget.
We look for the moment it all changes, when in reality, healing is a relationship—one that evolves, softens, deepens over time.
So when you choose to work with me, it isn’t about me “fixing” you.
It’s about creating a space together where your body can begin to speak more clearly—and where you can begin to trust what you’re sensing, what you’re knowing, in real time.
A space where there is room for possibility.
Where change doesn’t have to be forced, and nothing is rushed.
Where each layer is met with presence, curiosity, and care.
I will bring my experience, my hands, my listening.
And you bring yourself—exactly as you are.
From there, something begins.
Not prescribed. Not predicted.
But discovered.
